About Me
Hello and welcome to my page! :)
My name is Chris Fosket. I'm currently a Special Education teacher for the Saline Area School District, Saline, MI. I attended high school in Manchester, MI, then moved onto EMU for college. I finished my undergraduate at Eastern Michigan University, obtaining my Bachelor's of Science in Special Education, with a focus on Emotionally Impaired. I've been in the field of Education for a total of 14 years, all of which have been spent working with kids who have special needs.
Since graduating from EMU, I've also obtained a Master's in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College and I attended Michigan State University in the Winter term of 2010, to extend my teaching certificate in their Educational Technology program.
In addition to teaching, I also coached wrestling for 11 years, with middle school level students. I wrestled in high school and hold the experience close to my heart, as it helped me develop into much of who I am today. It is because of my experiences in the sport that I enjoy giving others the opportunity to experience the greatness of it.
